My Wife and I have
two children and five grandchildren. I enjoy NASCAR racing, College Basketball,
and Children's Softball.
I enjoy working on my computer and surfing the World Wide Web. I also enjoy
meeting people. I have been computing since
April 1991. I ran The Lake Norman Connection, an online community bulletin
board for six years, but shut it down in 1997 due
to the lack of users. I am a CB operator and go by the handle of LJ. I am Webmaster of

I was born in Cleveland County NC near the small town of Cliffside, and grew up in the Forest City/Henrietta NC area.
I attended Tri-Hi School in Caroleen NC (Chase). I worked for Phillips & Lawing Fuel Co. in Henrietta before I moved to
the Lake Norman area in 1959. I currently live in Cornelius, North Carolina.
